Upon paying the invoice or purchasing LMF Automotive products directly from us, the Customer agrees that all products must be installed by a qualified technician, shop or installer and all directions must be followed or improper installation may occur resulting in personal injury, death and vehicle damage - as well as all product warranties to become void and null.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK Some products may alter the way your vehicle can handle or are considered hi performance products/off road products.
LMF Automotive Inc. (the Seller) shall not be responsible or liable for any product use, service and proper installation. As well as any damage that may occur to the vehicle's components as a result of modifications. Be aware that this product may void or affect warranty. It would be advised to check with your local dealer before initiating any modifications and consult your vehicle warranty. Some products may need an alignment after installation refer to your vehicle service info.
The Buyer(s) acknowledges that he/she is fully responsible and waives all liabilities implied by the law or otherwise stated in regards to installation of any product. The Buyer(s) acknowledges and agrees with the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury or damage to occur that LMF AUTOMOTIVE INC. (Seller) is not liable and the Buyer(s) holds the Seller (LMF AUTOMOTIVE INC.) harmless from any claim related to the item or equipment purchased. Under no such circumstance shall LMF AUTOMOTIVE INC. be liable or responsible for any expense, damage or injury by use or sale of any such equipment.

SHIPPING INSURANCE We offer optional shipping insurance to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss during transit. For a small fee, you’ll have added protection and peace of mind, knowing your purchase is covered from unforeseen issues. In the rare event of a problem, our dedicated support team will assist you promptly to resolve the matter, ensuring a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.
PROCESSING TIME All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times. We always will do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as possible.
RETURNS We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. No refunds on electrical, special order, custom made, installed parts, manuals, videos, or used tools unless truly defective. Please contact us before shipping anything back to us. Return shipping and tracking info will not be covered by LMF and it is the customers responsibility to get the product back to LMF. Once we have received the product back we will inspect it. If everything is good we will process the refund less the 5% restocking fee. If you received different parts than you ordered please call us immediately so we can get you the right parts and a return label.

RESTOCKING FEES There is a 5% restocking fee applied on ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you of next steps. Returns that require cleaning or repackaging due to customer handling may, on a case-by-case basis, be charged a restock fee of up to 20%. (example: greasy fingerprints on package and/or part that will need to be cleaned off before returning to stock)
WARRANTY All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product, not LMF Automotive. However, if you are struggling with the warranty process feel free to contact us for assistance.
