EMF BALL JOINTS ARE REBUILDABLE AND YOU CAN TIGHTEN!!
• THE LOWER BALL JOINT CAN BE TIGHTENED BY BACKING OUT THE SET SCREW ON THE SIDE OF THE BODY AND TIGHTENING THE RING. THERE IS A VIDEO ON HOW TO DO THIS ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL , USERNAME IS EMFEVO (EMF ROD ENDS) IF YOU WANT TO CHECK IT OUT.
• FEELING ANY PLAY? HAVE THE JOINTS BEEN GREASED? SOMETIMES THEY JUST NEED GREASE AND IT WILL TIGHTEN RIGHT BACK UP AGAIN. WE RECOMMEND GREASING AROUND EVERY OIL CHANGE JUST TO MAKE IT EASY TO REMEMBER.
GREASING GUIDE:
• GREASE THE LOWER BALL JOINT FIRST UNTIL THE GREASE GUN STARTS TO BECOME FIRM. THEN GREASE THE UPPER BALL JOINTS UNTIL THE GREASE GUN BECOMES FIRM. THEN GREASE THAT LOWER BALL JOINT ONE MORE TIME UNTIL THE GREASE GUN BECOMES FIRM.
• ROTATE THE KNUCKLE SIDE TO SIDE TO DISTRIBUTE THE GREASE INSIDE THE BALL JOINTS. THE KNUCKLE SHOULD GO FROM STIFF AND HARD TO MOVE, TO EASIER TO MOVE SIDE TO SIDE FREELY.
• NOW YOU WANT TO REPEAT THE STEP ABOVE AGAIN BY GREASING THE LOWER BALL JOINT FIRST AS MANY PUMPS AS YOU CAN GET, FOLLOWED BY GREASING THE UPPER WITH AS MANY PUMPS AGAIN. IF YOU CAN’T GET ANY MORE IN, THAT’S OK!
• CYCLE THE KNUCKLE BACK AND FORTH AGAIN GOING FROM STIFF AND HARD TO MOVE TO EASIER TO MOVE SIDE TO SIDE.
• IF THE KNUCKLE FEELS TOO STIFF, THEN DEPRESS THE GREASE FITTING TO LET A LITTLE PRESSURE OUT AND IT SHOULD FREE UP AGAIN.
ARE YOU GETTING SIDE TO SIDE PLAY ON THE UPPERS?
THAT IS THE ONLY TIME YOU SHOULD HAVE TO REBUILD THEM. UP AND DOWN IS NORMAL FOR THE UPPER BALL JOINT BECAUSE IT IS A KING PIN DESIGN. SIDE TO SIDE FOR THE UPPER IS NOT NORMAL AND COULD INDICATE WEAR ON THE INTERNAL PIN AND RACE. TRY GREASING FIRST AND SEE IF THAT HELPS… IF NOT, REBUILD WITH A NEW PIN AND RACE SET.
ARE YOU GETTING UP AND DOWN PLAY ON THE LOWERS?
BACK THE SET SCREW OUT AND TIGHTEN THE RING TO GET RID OF ANY PLAY. WHEN YOU GET TO THE POINT WHERE THIS IS NO LONGER EFFECTIVE IN REMOVING ANY UP AND DOWN PLAY IN THE LOWERS, THAT IS WHEN YOU REBUILD WITH NEW RACES AND PIN.

As well as any damage that may occur to the vehicle's components as a result of modifications. Be aware that this product may void or affect warranty. It would be advised to check with your local dealer before initiating any modifications and consult your vehicle warranty. Some products may need an alignment after installation refer to your vehicle service info.

Under no such circumstance shall LMF AUTOMOTIVE INC. be liable or responsible for any expense, damage or injury by use or sale of any such equipment.

SHIPPING INSURANCE We offer optional shipping insurance to safeguard your order against theft, damage, or loss during transit. For a small fee, you’ll have added protection and peace of mind, knowing your purchase is covered from unforeseen issues. In the rare event of a problem, our dedicated support team will assist you promptly to resolve the matter, ensuring a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.
PROCESSING TIME All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm MST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times. We always will do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as possible.
RETURNS We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. No refunds on electrical, special order, custom made, installed parts, manuals, videos, or used tools unless truly defective. Please contact us before shipping anything back to us. Return shipping and tracking info will not be covered by LMF and it is the customers responsibility to get the product back to LMF. Once we have received the product back we will inspect it. If everything is good we will process the refund less the 5% restocking fee. If you received different parts than you ordered please call us immediately so we can get you the right parts and a return label.

RESTOCKING FEES There is a 5% restocking fee applied on ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you of next steps. Returns that require cleaning or repackaging due to customer handling may, on a case-by-case basis, be charged a restock fee of up to 20%. (example: greasy fingerprints on package and/or part that will need to be cleaned off before returning to stock)
WARRANTY All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product, not LMF Automotive. However, if you are struggling with the warranty process feel free to contact us for assistance.
